This year's issue of "MUSE" will feature a short story and a poem from myself. It will go to print in April. "MUSE" is the Calhoun Community College Literary Magazine, published yearly, and featuring a collection of works submitted by college students, alumni, and staff. The submissions are judged and less than a tenth of those who submit are published. My short story, "The Shadowman," is about a boy who is forced to face his fears and the poem, "Verisimilitude," is inspired by Mark Z. Danielewski's "House of Leaves." I will post a link when there is a PDF version of this year's "MUSE" available to download.

Here is the link to the electronic copy of the 2011 Muse: www.calhoun.edu/muse/My poem is on page nine, and my short story begins on page 20. Also, if you download this, I highly recommend the poem, "What the Wind Said," by Dan Byford.

Looks like a very well put-together magazine. Impressive. Will read some of the stories later. Congrats once again.
