It's beginning to dawn on me how it's more correct to say a book review reflects the TASTES of the reviewer more than it does the objective artistic or entertainment value of the item in question. Whether the review is positive or negative this is the case.
There are a few exceptions of course. And some try, they honestly do, to be objective.
Thoughts? lol

I agree. A reviewer is nothing more than someone voicing his opinion. As long as he knows what he's talking about and keeps his own life-and-world-view out of the picture, I'm happy.
