Several chapters into the new Charlie Parker book. Anyone else reading this one?

Finished the final 200 odd pages tonight, simply could not put it down. A great story with the only disappointment being that it does not reveal anything new about the overarching themes and nature of Parker.

Couldn't put it down either - thought it was brilliant. Be a review going up on the blog soon...

Just finished The Burning Soul. Brilliant book.
Eighteen months since I last read a Connolly novel and that was Hell's Bells so it's about two years since I last read one the Parker series. It was like coming home.
