I may be hit or miss for awhile. I had to put my mother in the hospital last Wed. She wouldn't regain conscienceness. She finally woke up in the hospital, but there's nothing anyone could do. She's too far gone. I had to call in hospice, but at least I got her home. Hospice is a nursing service for dying people. They come as often as you want, but the person has to stay at home. Hospitals are over. You actually CAN'T take them to the hospital anymore. My mother begged me not to put her in the hospital, but I had to. Now, I don't have to worry. We have someone during the day, but I'll be staying with her at night. I just wanted to let you guys know.
Jason, everything is on hold, but I'll get up our interviews as soon as I can.

I know these have been dark days for you and your family. I really hope that this turns out okay, and that if not you can find the strength to cope with it. Remember you're among friends here and we're all thinking of you.

Mom died Sunday, December 19th. I was with her for the past couple of weeks. She had a stroke Wed. last and never woke up.

You know, I was all ready to come on here and have a massive rant about how sick I am of the cold weather and the fact that I currently have a very painful and irritating version of the virus with the same name - but this thread puts all that into some kind of perspective.
It must be terrible for you at the moment Will, and anything I say will probably just come across as twee or patronising, but you will get through this and - as Jason said - we are all thinking of you.
Take care Mate, look after yourself and your family.
