Really? I thought this was great fun as a horror comedy, what with all the in-jokes and how it played with genre conventions.

Perhaps I'll get more from it on a second viewing. The hype perhaps gave me too high expectations. It felt a bit like two six yer-olds given a camera and told to make a monster movie.
