Right, never got around to adding my bio. Here goes:
I write dark fiction and occasionally squishy-soft science fiction. My stories have appeared in Cthulhu Sex Magazine, Whispers of Wickedness, Morpheus Tales and other small-press magazines and anthologies. My interests include pulp paperbacks, '70s comics, classic Star Trek, bad movies, kung fu, air guitar, meditation, urban ruins, parasitic fungi, Satanism, genital mutilation, steroid abuse, exsanguination, nudism, Lemurians, Thetans, stump fetishes, and telling half-truths about my hobbies. I live in the Pacific Northwest (the rainy patch above California) with my wife and three pugs. Sometimes I publish shorter works under the name George Kuato.
Just out in Morpheus Tales #19 is my story, "Frankenstein's Shadow," which I wrote one flatulent day while stuck in jury duty. It began when the opening line popped in my head: "Victor Frankenstein had the feeling that something in his ass was afoot." It has a sort of Robert Bloch humor about it, I hope.
Cheers everyone, and hope your new year is off to a good start.
Charles
